I'd like to thank you for your offer to the Indie Hackers community.
I've launched my MVP recently and have been iterating based on my initial users' feedback. It's encouraging that there are people who find value in what I offer, enough to use it regularly, and to be invested enough to constantly offer feedback for improvements, but I think I'm not reaching enough of these people to really learn from the market. I might even be building the wrong product based on the requirements of just a few very-vocal users.
I think my landing page is just not "hitting the mark" and leading to the "aha" moment in my prospects' heads. I've tried my darnedest to focus on emotional benefits instead of technical features, and then to strip down the page to be as concise and persuasive as possible, but I'm not seeing the conversions I had hoped for.

Brandon, I really appreciate you doing a screencast on this. Thank you. I had two major takeaways from this video: 1) target and learn from Twitter marketers, and 2) emphasize how a tool like mine would surpass what a generalist tool like Buffer can do for Twitter.
And in fact, you're not even the first person to tell me to target marketing agencies instead of individual businesses. I think that should be the most actionable next step for me, to regear my compass to point at that target market and reposition for them instead.
