Is anyone working on ideas for traditional businesses?
Software for tradespeople, contractors, small retail, manufacturing etc.
I'd love to hear about it.
I live around the corner from the Tradify office. They seem to be doing well. Always thought it would be hella convenient place to work haha.
That being said, my moneys on those kind of SaaS products to emerge as winners. The key is how do you break into those industries when you're not from them? If you know how to execute the technical side of things and you find people who are credible and connected in those industries, they have the business savvy and the customers to sell those products to and they know the domain better than you ever will. Im working on one partnership that meets that description this year and I 100% believe there is a lot of upside in that model.
