API advice for a possible idea

Hi All

Newbie Indie Hacker here. Just a quick question and looking for advice for those who can code or have some useful advice? Gathering advice regarding API's to use? Does anyone have any good ideas of saas providers or API's to render a GUI for logo design/website design/advert design. I'm wondering if there's a simpler & cleaner way rather than using the canvas/video/drag&drop web API's?
