API client for basecamp

Hi All,

I have been working for a while in camper with the help of @jcurbelo, an API client in Ruby for https://basecamp.com/. It is still in the early stages, but if you are using Basecamp and have a need for automation, give it a spin and share feedback and issues in the repo.
