App compliance?

Hey 👋 we are not far from launching our v1 and are starting to bang our head against compliance issues for Apps.

What do you need other than Privacy policies and terms and conditions?

And are there platforms to help generate those or would you recommend paying someone ?

The app is a super basic transcription app so will deal with customer data such as recordings. We are Europeans.

In addition to privacy policies and terms and conditions, you may also need to consider obtaining consent from users for data collection and processing, as well as implementing appropriate security measures to protect user data. It is also important to consider any relevant regulations or laws, such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which applies to companies collecting and processing the personal data of EU citizens. There are platforms that can help generate these documents, but it is always best to seek the advice of a legal professional to ensure that your app is fully compliant.
