App gets decent organic downloads but people bail

I have an app the App Store that gets decent organic traffic with no marketing (daily downloads in the dozens) but people mostly don't stick around. Daily active user growth is very low.

Some people stick around and end up purchasing but most never open the app again after downloading it and trying it once.

Ive tried putting a feedback form in the app to get an idea what people are looking for but nobody is taking the bait.
