App Rejected Twice! Third Time's the Charm?

Made an app so that members on ZappyCode.com can watch on their phone. First rejection from Apple was because I didn't have a privacy policy in my app and then the second was them asking what my subscription was for (I thought it was clear but I guess not 😄)
