App store scraping websites - what gives?

To see how our website was doing on Google I did a search for Habit Daemon, our iOS App. Our website was No.1, all good, but there were some other websites ranked on Google's first page.

1. mwallpapers.com - has our App listed as an Android App, which it isn't, + a download link - dodgy.
2. www.148apps.com - has a link to our app on the app store, but has some tracking code in the URL ?mt=8&ign-mpt=uo%3D4
3. appadvice.com - has a link to our app store page, no tracking code and looks pretty legit. Actually great! more traffic for us.

All the sites have images and our company details scraped from the App Store.
I'd be interested in any opinions or knowledge about what is going on here, I assume they are just generating click traffic for themselves, but the first one is misrepresenting our product and I think could harm our SEO.

Any opinions on best practice to deal with this, act or ignore?
