App to find the best restaurants for a specific food item

Hello community,
There are a lot of times when I crave for a specific food item (burgers, noodles etc.) and I just want to find the best restaurants that serve it, instead of looking for a specific cuisine.

I think it'd be great to have a website/app where people can post and rate the food item that they liked along with the restaurant. So when I search for 'burgers' I will see all the top rated burgers in my area. For monetization, the app can allow people to order the food item and show sponsored recommendations.

However, the biggest challenge is to get people to post on the website in the first place.

So my questions to you are:

1. Do you think this is a good idea ?

2. Does there already exist something like this in US? I haven't been able to find a similar website and even if there is it's not popular.

3. What would be the best way to get people to start creating content (post ratings) on the website?
