I've been both an IndieHacker and a CMO of VC-backed startups.
I've seen "business guys" do so many mistakes founding a startup. Generally nothing they do is considered "lean". I personally am not a fan of VC and would love to create my own product and grow it organically.
However, I see a lot of potential in teaming up as a kind of startup accelerator agency, where we could offer both MVP/Prototyping & Marketing/Growth. Basically prepare founders for their first funding round, or get them from Seed to Series A, etc.
