AppStore Encryption Export Regulations - what's the real story

When you submit an app to the Apple App you need to answer a scary Encryption Export Regulation survey.

If you're just using standard HTTPS calls in your app, how do you answer these questions? And what if any legal documents do you need to prepare on a one-time or annual basis to comply with these regulations.

In sum, I just want to release an app on the store with that makes HTTPS requests, and I don't know how to proceed. Thanks !!
