are indie hackers building real companies using NFTs?

I have been exploring web3 for a while, its bit confusing making money by increase in value of the token but have any indie hacker build real companies using NFTs or any web3 ?

    I see 4 ways to succeed in NFTs that seem to work:

    1. NFT creator. You are the artist or project creator. Whether it's fine art, generative art, or PFP projects.
    2. NFT tools. By NFT tools I really mean on the technical side. Like building a marketplace or easy to use publishing platform or code/contract libraries. There are some serious crypto/DeFi/NFT dev companies making bank doing this.
    3. NFT content. Like a media business. Create reviews, interviews, podcasts, rankings, videos, YouTube, etc etc.
    4. NFT investor. Buy and sell NFTs as an individual or group.

    What are you thinking about? Any idea or direction in particular?

    I'm doing a collaboration with helladoge(same founder of everipedia) to raise funds for non-profit and open-source projects using NFTs. The pros of this are we market one NFT collection, where all holders of the NFT increase its value with no strings attached.
