Are swipe files worth it?

How valuable are swipe files to makers?
I use them but wanted to get others take on them. My new database of customer acquisition channels at https://communitable.xyz/#makers has been created for indie makers and bootstrappers. And I'm thinking of including viral/popular examples of...
self-promo posts in communities like Reddit.
And possibly succesful self-promo Tweet examples.
Do you think its worth including them or would you say this isn't something that would be used by makers like you?

I can't get enough of them. Every single thing I can find that allows me to avoid having to crash course myself in something or do trial and error is a blessing. The downside of it is that a lot of what gets done tends to start looking formulaic and similar but generally I think it's better for yourself and even your customers if you can leverage the work of others. Any time anyone makes these kinds of things it's very well appreciated.
Got you. Totally get what your saying. It saves time and it gives value. I know from experience that unless you have at least a grasp of a formula it can be crickets when talking about products and services. Thanks man! Appreciate the feedback.
I think it would add an extra reason for people to buy.

You might have to help break down the reasons why they were successful. There’s a tendency to copy without looking for the “why” behind the swipe.

Swipe files are collection marketing and advertising examples that have been proven to be successful. @genemachine has done this perfectly in the SAAS niche. I'm considering doing it for user of communites i.e Indie Hacker, Reddit etc :)

It honestly depends, are you in that need of knowledge from that category to need many and many examples? Or can you figure it out on your own?
Some could be of use, some maybe not. They all have their own niche and their ow audience.

I know that covers a broad specturm but I'd keep it tight and relevent to makers
