Are there any guidelines on Apple App Store approval for "marketplace" apps?

Are there any guideline on Apple App Store approval for "marketplace" apps?

My use case is "client" uses app to access media that is "free"; the "client" can do computed stuff with the "media"; if the client wishes may purchase a license from "provider/seller". Ideally, the app should process the payment; The original "provider/seller" is a "stripe" user.
