Are there any habit / goal trackers on Mac menubar?

I want to track my self-improvement goals, so I can analyze my learning effect of reading articles, learning programming languages, etc.
I think habit trackers on Mac app or Mac menubar are better for me, but I only found mobile apps. Are there any habit / goal trackers on Mac menubar?

Ooooh I like this a lot - I also do better with menubar apps than things I have to remember to open.

I just built a little menubar app for photo conversion (https://www.phototamer.app), so the ins and outs of how to build them are fresh in my head. If you don't mind, I might tackle this as an end-of-February hack project. DM me on Twitter or email (contact info on my profile) - I'd be interested in hearing what you want out of it and we could beta it together.

I track my time in emacs and I wrote this tiny app with a status bar icon that changes color when I clock in a task. This is probably not useful for you at all, unless you want a working snippet for an app to use, or if your tracker can be controlled via command line.
