I am a software engineer and have an idea for a product that I want to pursue. Unfortunately, at the moment between my fulltime job and the family I don't have sufficient time to reliably build anything on a side. The good news: my job pays me enough so I could afford to hire freelancers to build my project for me. I also like my job, and not considering quitting any time soon...
I am wondering if there are any successful indie hackers out there who have outsourced most of their dev work. How did it go for you? What advise would you give?
