Are there any platforms to share the beta except Betalist?

I've applied to Betalist, but it seems like they are overwhelmed with submissions, and it takes too long to launch there.
Do you know any other sources that you use to share your product with a broader audience before launching?

    Hi Liana,

We tried Betabound for Plezi One, that brought us around 15 new users that are still using our SaaS for the most part. Not the same impact that BetaList, but something nice to try!

Hey Paul! I've never heard of Betabound. Thanks a lot for sharing!

    Hi Liana,

Betalist is indeed overwhelmed, but their paid option puts you at the front of the queue. I recommend to push your startups in communities first, this allows you to gather feedback and polish your service, before going for big (paid) platforms.

On casuaris.co I've gathered more than 80 sites to publish your startup on, to find your first 100 users.

Some services wait years before launching on BL or PH.

    Cheers,
    Arjen

Hey! Thanks a lot for working on it!

Check out Producthunt.com. It´s a totally different concept and you need to google how to make this work as it is basically a community upvoting you, but some people had amazing results with PH.

Yeah, we plan to launch there soon. Just wanted to get some real users' opinions first. Thanks for the recommendation!

I found Betalist isn't that great nowadays, it's become a bit spammy and full of clones. I regularly see people put their app up there and then 3 weeks later someone launches a copy-and-paste version of the same tool, even the same landing page and stuff...not sure it's worth it to be honest.

How many people would you like to include at this stage? I participated in Pioneer a few years back and it was quite a nice way to get a few people trying the app. I mean in your case of course none of these online communities are necessarily going to be that good anyway. You'd be much better off chatting to parents outside of the school gates, or asking a school if they'd be interested in mentioning it in a newsletter, reaching out to some mums and dads in forums for parenting etc.

Hey Chris, thank you for the great idea about schools and parent newsletters! I'll also check Pioneer. Thanks again :)
