Are there any tools out there to help SaaS negotiations?

So I use a lot of services. And, I'm medium in terms of my level of research before making a purchase decision.

I could use some help when it comes to negotiating SaaS deals. I imagine this comes from establishing leverage, knowing their competitors and their features, and managing the communication back and forth in a friendly but firm way.

Anyone aware of services that help with this?
