Are there freelancer dashboard solutions for working across different marketplaces?

Hi all,

Quick question: Is there a workflow dashboard or some type of freelancer software solution that enables you to message your clients from different marketplaces all in one place? It seems like there should be a system that keeps track and makes it easier to work across multiple marketplaces simultaneously. I know so many freelancers stretch across 7-10 different websites like Fiverr and Upwork and at the end of the day, it seems unnecessarily confusing.

Not sure if this makes sense. Any help is appreciated!
