Long story short, I made a product for the keto diet and published it on Reddit, people really liked it, the post got 77 upvotes in just 1 hour, but it got deleted for self-promotion.
I'm a full-stack developer and now I'm looking for either a co-founder or a freelancer that can help me making the product known.

I like the idea but personally it would only provide value if it wasn't all big chains. I don't need a map that shows me where subway is. For this to be successful you need to aggressively build a database of independent keto food places.
Random feedback: you might want to have some text on the "spinning globe" screen to say one has to enable location access, and possibly a way to explicitly request it again. My first instinct is always not to allow it (because a lot of nosey websites ask for it without a real need), but once the screen loaded I realised it's kinda the point of the site.
I like the idea. Like many of this type of app, whether it works or not depends largely on the size of your database related to your target market. In the UK, you can probably add Kettlebell Kitchen (https://www.kettlebellkitchen.com/). If you allow chains like Nando's, you should probably look for (or even ask them) a list of all their sites.
I totally agree with what you said about the location access, I'll start with just ip based and put a geo location button that triggers permissions.
About the target market, based on suggestions and intuition I'm currently thinking about targeting just two or three cities from the US to start, providing high quality content and then grow by city.
