Are you a part of a no or low-touch SaaS? Looking for help!

I am looking to validate an idea for a startup and would be grateful for feedback from anyone who is (or has been) involved in a SaaS with a no- or low-touch sales process + has at least 10 users. Right now, I'm just looking to make sure that what I'm tackling is a big enough problem.
