Are You A Zombie?

As an entrepreneur, in any given moment, you are either a winner, a loser or a zombie.

The WINNER state and the LOSER state are pretty harmless. If you are winning you keep playing. If you are losing you change strategies. It's the ZOMBIE state that hurts.

As a zombie you are both making money AND losing money. You are getting customers AND losing customers. You are living AND dying.

People don't want to work for zombies. Investors don't want to fund zombies. Reporters don't want to write about zombies.

Be alive or be dead. Don't be a zombie!
