My opinion is that the greater the gross salary of the candidate, the greater to buffer to spend time yourself in managing the search and selection process and therefore Linkedin (job board I investigated) results in a convenient choice.
On the other hand, the lower the gross salary of the candidate, the better would probably be to outsource the recruitment process.
