Who here is building their startup with 'no-code/low-code'? Would love to see what you're building and the tools behind it.
I'll start. One of my projects right now is: electricianpath.com - tool for students to find training programs to start their career as an electrician. Currently using weflow and bubble for main tools.
Hey! Bubble.io is built with Bubble. Happy to chat further about it and Bubble in general.
Hey Erik! I'd love too. What's the best way to schedule a time for us to connect?
Congrats on an awesome product :)
AWesome! Would happily interview you for makerpad.co/stories
Makerpad is built with no-code, showing others how to build without code too. So we have tons of examples and people building all sorts in our community!
Hey Ben! Big fan of Makerpad and the newsletter. I would love to be apart of it. Is email the best way to get in touch with you?
Thank you for the good question @arod
We built Huddle to help people select a stack of no-code tools for projects. There are a lot of powerful no-code tools with plenty of overlap, so our algorithms help to sort through them based on required feature set for your product.
We built this without code. Planning on posting more detail in the near future, but here is our stack:
Webflow
Typeform
Airtable
Bubble
Google Sheets
Coda
Zapier
I've just started using Bubble.io to build a working version of motimate.org. I have been blown away by its capabilities and lack of bugs! In just a couple of weeks (1 or 2 hours per day) I've gone from nothing to a fairly decent web app. After I've finished this project I'm going to try out some of the other tools to see what else is possible. My goal is to launch 10 projects in the next 10 months.
That's an awesome goal! My main focus right now is on electricianpath.com but I want to launch 3-4 other small side projects with no code tools :)
would love to stay updated on your projects progress
I built Festivilia.com using mobirise.com! Amazing tool
Nice site! Never heard of mobirise. I'll have to look into it.
I am using Boundless Labs to build York Tech Jobs and so far it's going well :)
Show it!
www.yorktechjobs.com
Nice! How have you gone about acquiring users to apply to these jobs? And having companies pay to post their jobs?
Great product by the way! I've been wanting to try out boundless.
Awesome stuff, thanks for sharing. Great to see more and more members of the no code movement. Currently building Miyagii.co in my spare time on bubble.
Awesome! How are you going about building demand and supply... More so incentivizing the mentors to be on the platform?
Hey Arod, thanks for asking!
in terms of incentives we’re testing and questioning the mentors we have in our personal network. It’s looking like it’s going to be based around -
In terms of messaging to pull in mentors, we are offering
Paying a fee (mentor owns $x amount per hour for sessions) an additional revenue stream. - We’re in 2 minds as to whether this detracts from the appeal, me great to heat your thoughts?
Exposure to undiscovered investment opportunities
Our innate willingness to help and share with others
An opportunity to stretch their intellectual muscle, guiding others
An opportunity to keep your finger on the pulse and become part of a growing community.
Be great to hear your thoughts on the above 😀
Thanks
Simon
