I mean, it's a simple question, but I think many of us forget to ask it. We get stuck in our day-to-day, doing the same things over and over while waiting for the next big thing to happen. But what if the next big thing you're waiting for is the only thing that'll make your life better? What if the only thing stopping you from getting what you want is YOU?
I was stuck in a loop for 5 years when I realised that nothing I am doing is making a difference. I was working as a software engineer, making good money but I was not growing. Neither at my job nor in my skills. I also was not getting any satisfaction out of my work until I came across this beautiful quote.
"Inspiration exists, but it has to find you working." — Pablo Picasso
What this means is that you have to try. Each day, every day. Things are not going to happen. Grow little by little. Learn little by little. It just means that you SHOW UP. Show up daily for yourself. And You are going to find your inspiration, your opportunity. Your true calling.
I now run a software agency with 15 people in it. And the idea was simple. I started showing up. And one after another, opportunities started coming my way and I was ready to cash them.
So what are you doing today that might stretch your limits? Where are you growing? Because I know if you're reading this blog post, then you're searching for something that'll stretch your limits!
Totally agree about showing up, trying, and finding your own path. You have to be resilient because life will throw a lot of curveballs at you.
As Rocky said:
“It's not about how hard you hit. It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward.”
That's how winning is done.

Yeah very good point. One of my Mum's favourite quotes is "Half of success is just showing up."
