Our service (Amixr.IO) adds tons of comfortable features and makes alerting in Slack cool.
Recently we started to work on a custom integration for our friends. They are working on a SaaS, their customers use Slack and they want to send alerts to their customers from time to time.
It's definitely a Win-Win for both our products. They don't need to reimplement Slack integration, SMS, escalations, grouping, resolving... We get more users and improve our product.
Just out of curiosity: is there anyone who has Slack, SMS (or even grouping, escalations, on-call) in their backlog?
