Are you looking to join/take-over an established micro-saas + shopify app? We're looking for a partner to join us
We've built a product that generates a tidy profit each month via API and Shopify app, but simultaneously run another business that's really taken off.
We want to cut in a new partner into our existing, profitable business. You'll get a co-founder level equity stake and monthly pay (we'd prefer to agree a % of net income, $500-$1500 at current profits) with no set or required hours. We're also open to including an option to buy out the rest of the shares if you truly want to make the project your own one day.
This is really just an opportunity to skip the first 6 months of financial insecurity and not knowing, and also the upfront time investment. As such, this would ideally suit:
- Someone who has their own projects but some spare time, and is interested in making extra money + getting financial exposure to another project.
- Someone who has just started to think about becoming an indiehacker and is interested in dabbling with a small project to learn more before building their own.
- Someone who can do some development, but isn't super competent yet and is interested in a project to get more comfortable with.
The co-founders are experienced entrepeneurs who've raised over $5m for their other business and are happy to remain involved and help, but can't handle the day-to-day (though this is literally like 1-2 days a month, not including investing in growth). We can guide you on how to build automated sales process, product guidance, handling clients, etc.
