Are you running an online or hybrid community?
Hi indie hackers,
I think it might be a good question to think about for all the community builders out there.
Online community is basically having all the communications done online.
Hybrid community is having both online and offline communication, such as a college club.
Different communities has different needs. Which one are you?
We are working with an existing community of friends. So hybrid community. Getting them to test the value of asynchronous videos as a way to stay in touch through the week with also topics we post.
Online for the moment. Although I would love to incorporate an offline element to it all further down the line!

Thanks my man. I was in the YEN community when you were there too. It is a combination of courses and community to help entrepreneurs and creators kickstart their own business.
