I'm a founder of an SEO agency and I'm curious about what entrepreneurs are looking for when working with an SEO agency.

Are you satisfied with your current SEO provider?

If NO: why?

What could make it better?

Example: communication, results, transparency of the work, not knowing what they're working on, reports, etc.

If YES: why?

What are they doing that makes you happy? What would make you even happier?

If you have an in-house SEO specialist or team:

are you satisfied with how they work? Are you sure that it's cheaper/better than an outsourced agency? Why did you hire an in-house specialist vs. an agency?
