I personally think Slack is a massive and underrated channel for app development. It's easy to build apps, it has tons of users, and if you can crack the enterprise egg, then it can be lucrative. Perfect use case for smaller dev teams building self-serve apps and B2B SaaS solutions.

We're working on Phase CRM, which is a "TweetDeck" for Slack workspaces. It's been fantastically helpful in driving user engagement for the communities that use us.
