Yes, journaling is amazing! For weekly journaling I mix between digital and physical. So I either use pen and paper or when journaling digitally the “Day One” app is pretty nice.
For note taking, Apple Notes honestly works fine for me. Also love Obsidian. In terms of finding information that you might need later I recently read Thiago Forte’s book “Building a Second Brain” and I would fully recommend it if you’re looking for tips on how to organise digital notes and resurface information easily.
