Art of having multiple profitable SaaS businesses

Having a successful SaaS business with paying customers is what everyone wants, but it's not an easy task, even to get one successful SaaS project.

See the secret sauce behind getting customers for your SaaS is all about having an ACP funnel, ACP stands for Audience, Community, and Product. You need to have some kind of audience base to whom you can pitch your product or services and they will pay for it, let's try to understand how to have one.

First, we need to find our audience, to do this you need to pick up where your target audience can be found, they can be on LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, Medium, or any other platform. Then whatever platform you pick as per your niche you need to start creating valuable content for free. These are the content that will help your audience and they might implement in their work.

Please don't just start talking about your product, no one will be interested in it. You first need to create trust with them, this will allow more and more people to follow you and engage with your posts.

Now after a few months, once you have built an audience base you need to create a community, there is a difference between audience and community see audience is all the people on your social network and the ones that follow you while the community is the group of people who will engage with your content mostly and follows your work. To build a community you can either start a Newsletter on Substack or invite them in your Discord or Slack Channel. Mostly I like to keep my community Free so anyone can access and become a part.

Now that you have your community set up, you can start advertising or sharing about your product and the services you provide to them. Since you have chosen the right audience from the first step the chances of conversion are pretty high.

This is how you will build your ACP funnel, and once it's built you create 10 products under the same niche target in your network for the customers.

I understand that building a community and having the right audience can take time and it's not a 1-day job, to speed things up you can also do partnerships with other founders or people who already have strong audience sizes as per your niche. You can take part in their podcasts, or interviews, or they can promote your content on their network.

Another way is that you should be actively engaging on social media groups or Reddit communities which have people that suit your niche. From there also you can attract a lot of people to your posts.

This was all, if you can master the ACP funnel this can be one of the best-proven strategies to get leads on your SaaS products or services.
