As a developer, do you prefer the command line or the user interface for CI/CD?

We are developing a mobile CI/CD tool that aims for simplicity while ensuring flexibility (https://appcircle.io).

We started gathering feedback from different roles (e.g. native developers, cross-platform developers, project managers, DevOps experts, etc.) and there is a divided response about the objective of the product.

It's like, people love it or hate it, so I want to ask the same question to you?

They indicate either:

1. The product is really unique and user-friendly and they will definitely use it.
   or
2. They need a "black screen" option no matter what and would not use it without a CLI or custom configuration options with YAML files or similar.

So what would be your expectation from a CI/CD tool that primarily targets users and companies who are unable to set up a CI/CD pipeline for technical or budgetary reasons?
