As a product manager, what do you do?

I have been a PM in two startups so far with SaaS being the core product at both of the companies.
TBH, every week looks different. It entirely depends on which stage of the product lifecycle you are at! The early inception days of the product building will look different than the post-launch stage.

This may sound corny, but the best part of being a PM is seeing how the problem gets solved each day slowly and steadily. What looks formidable at day 0, takes shape at Day 30. I'm not trying to romanticize this journey but I genuinely find it amazing!
