Hi there,
I just launched a community for founders with an embedded digital currency. So, founders can trade whatever they want with other founders or experts (personal introductions, specific skills, feedback).
It's working pretty well but it's a bit messy right now, so I'm currently creating templates to help community members to ask the right thing easily.
So as SaaS founders, If you could be helped by other founders what would you ask to grow your business?

To promote our launches and give us feedback on our product!
Listen, if I were you, I would create a poll with predefined answers + option to add new answers. Predefined answers could be anything that you think is the most important to know for SaaS founders. This way, you will receive more replies as people are more likely to answer if you inspire them by options.
Out of that, what we as a growth agency for SaaS and tech brands are often being asked is:
Does this help you?
I believe that our early success was a combination of community building. We were able to connect with our customers and create a sense of loyalty that helped us succeed. Our focus on quality and customer service helped us to stand out from the competition and attract new customers.
There's no doubt that you have a great idea - but it just doesn't seem to be catching on. Maybe you need some help getting traction.
If your product and business models allows you, I suggest make it open-source.
I doubted the idea at first, but a few days ago I made one of my two projects open-source (which is very close to launch) and the feedback has been insane - https://github.com/dotenx/dotenx.
Based on the results I got from DoTenX, I'm making my other project, Utopiops, open-source too.
I recommend you should talk to your users.
