Answered, but just for everyone else:
I think outsourced social media would probably be the most helpful. I have a full-time job and code for my project on the side. Anything to help with marketing the project (that’s not a spammy Twitter-bot) would be super helpful.
thanks man, but I think we were not very clear, we didn't mean someone to work for your and manage the social media, , its more that if you have no idea how to deal with social media and how to use it in your favor to develop your product, then you get an experienced person who can teach/help you understand
