As Indie Hackers we come across many different ideas; How do you decide which ones to use?
I love coming up with new ideas and sharing them.
I love hearing about other ideas, trying them out or giving feedback.
Hypocritically I rarely end up a long term user of the product (with a couple of exceptions).
I'm ever grateful for the feedback received on Indie Hackers yet as I look at data none of the active subscribers seem to have come from Indie Hackers.
Do you experience this with your product?
I'm worried that taking feedback from non-users could lead me down a route that prioritises features that aren't necessarily of importance to those who would actually pay. How do you organise and differentiate this feedback?
Ultimately, do you decide to use products you find on Indie Hackers and if so, how do you decide which ones to use?
Just stay with the idea you like the most or you validate them. There is enough information on how to vakidate your saas.
But more importantly is to stick with an idea.
I had the same problem for a long time. I had so many ideas and switched every month. This is a no go in the longrun. You have to focus on one project or you never get sh*t done.
