Frustrated with low open rates, I deep dived into email deliverability and discovered a lot I didn't know. Fixed and tested everything and tripled my open rates to 65-80%. Now building a free checklist and toolkit for others to follow. It's still in development (still have some copy I need to write) but would love some feedback & reviews from the IH community.

I found it really cool, but gave up after a couple of sections. More people will complete it if you open sections one by one going from easiest to most difficult. If you already go from easy to hard, the tips didn't make it simple enough for me.
Btw if you can turn this checklist into a product, for example I connect API and you add all stuff automatically - this will be a banger and I'll want to help you market it.
Ooo great suggestion! Yes agreed that would be ideal. Let's see where this goes and keep in touch. I'll be launching it on PH in the coming days. I want to test and see how much of an appetite there is for this.
Good point.
Which section did you give up at? And why?
I want to make this as simple as possible for even the most unexperienced user but there's more work to do to make that a reality. It can get pretty technical at times even for someone who's in tech.
Cool! I’d like a “mark all completed” / “mark all uncompleted” button. Looking forward to seeing you complete the checklist 😄 thanks for sharing
I made the changes you suggested, have a look and LMK what you think?
Super helpful! Thank you. I wonder if a sidebar outline like Google Docs would be better than a floating one. Truth be told, it took me half a minute to find it 😂
I was actually considering that, to just have it as a sidebar on the left... I'll test it out and see what it looks like.
hmm good suggestion.
Where would you like that to be? At the top of each section?
Also, what do you think about a fixed floating nav menu on the left or right for users to quickly scroll to tasks?
