Ask HN: Gifts for worldwide remote employees

I run a company where we have employees in many different countries of the world and every time we want to buy gifts for them (birthday, Christmas, etc), we struggle with that.

Some sites like Amazon don't ship to some countries or the shipping costs are very expensive making the gift cards almost useless.

Gift cards for services like Netflix, Spotify, etc. are really difficult to buy when you have employees in many different countries as there is no centralized way for that, each country has (or not) gift cards, and they have very different ways of buying them. I contacted Spotify and Netflix and they told me that they don't have a centralized way for this and I should individually check and buy for each country following their different process.

We've checked websites that offer perks for remote workers but they are targeted to US remote workers so they are useless for us.

Do you guys have any solution for this? Nobody really solved this problem?
