Ask IH: Any good software for recruiting users?

Hello!

I've been wondering how do you manage the recruitment process of your first beta users? So far I was using Google Spreadsheet but it's getting bloated. My perfect system should have features like:

• Building funnels, where each funnel can contain notes.
• Adding different categories based on channel acquisition (e.g. Slack / Reddit / FB / etc.).
• Stats - at the end of the day/week/month, I would like to see a short summary of my actions.

Any modern and simple CRM to recommend?
