Ask IH: Any tools to buy and sell SaaS businesses?

If you've bought or sold a SaaS business, what tools did you use to help complete the transaction?

I'm aware of the many marketplaces to list and search for available businesses. Are there any tools that help with the more traditional buy-and-sell areas like financing, code review, and general due diligence or are people making $10k+ acquisitions just based on Stripe data?

Are there opportunities to build niche products for this industry?
