I didn't heard about runbooks before opening your link, so take my opinion with a grain of salt.
- There's the live chat to ask questions; that's good!
- There's the possibility to take a live demo.
  I think this is great, I would just highlight this a little bit more...
- The video seems cool...
  but doesn't tell much to people like me, who are no in devops field; you might consider to add comments (or subtitles) about what's going on.
- The features section does a good job in telling me that your product is cool, and supports lots of use case, but imho the graphical representation of those information is not great.
Overall, the product seems very valuable, so I hope the best for you :)

  Your feedback is valuable given you didn't know the Runbook concept. Could you understand in what context to use the product and how it helps you? Was it easy to understand?

    If my understanding is correct, it should help identifying and troubleshooting various issues which may affect a web application.
    It does so by providing a way to store, and organize a series of scripts, and procedures, which could be runned thorugh the app (your app in this case) itself.
    
    Consider that I've very little knowledge of devops field.
    
    I've drawn this conclusion mostly from the page header ("Are IT incidents affecting your ...") and the list of features.
