Ask IH: Do good e-mail courses exist?
I signed up today for yet another course over e-mail (~"learn $foo in 7 days"), and although I'm hoping for the best, I've set my expectations fairly low as I've been disappointed in the past with just getting some marketing heavy borderline spam.
So, do you know of any good e-mail courses? Anything you'd recommend? I'm curious to see if they exist, and learn about what makes them good. Thanks!
close.io has a few that I enjoyed. The cold emailing one was quite helpful.
I enjoyed the "Avoid design pitfalls" course from https://designforhackers.com/. It had practical and useful design tips for beginners.
It's free because it is content marketing for the Design for Hackers book, meaning you have to unsubscribe from the marketing emails once the course is over, but in this case I think the course is worth it.
