Ask IH: Do you have any opinions on DocuSign?
Happy new year folks! I'm currently diving deeper on document-tech and DocuSign after a few weeks of working with their API. I'm curious if people have any positive or negative thoughts on DocuSign or any other e-signature apps?

I am a customer and what I care about is that it works, documents are stored safely, and I receive a copy in my mailbox.
The UI could be better and the app could be faster but overall I would say that it does its job. I've used alternatives not as a customer but as someone who was invited to sign a contract and I my first thought was why the other company is not using DocuSign but an alternative.
Thank you for sharing, Filip! Really helpful to hear an additional take on it. To take it one step further: Is there any part of your paperwork "workflow" that takes you time and effort, or is annoying?
