Ask IH: Easiest (minimal code) way to start storing form or table data to the cloud?

Are there any libraries available to srcurely connect any form or table to the cloud and start saving user data?
Is it possible to just focus on the front end and not worry about backend for CRUD operations.
Any recommendations?
