Ask IH: Funding for a newsletter startup?
Hey IH,
just wanted to hear your perspective on plausibility of finding angel investors for a newsletter startup (small investments up to 30k for instance). These days such startups are not even so rare anymore as I see it.
Anyone with a newsletter startup here and already did something similar maybe? Let me hear your take on this.

Their founder is a big time silicon valley guy, but they've raised a little money to build email newsletters. It is possible, but I'd highly encourage you to bootstrap to several thousand subscribers first. It's hard to stand out and find sustainable growth strategies with all the noise out there these days.
