Ask IH: How did you find someone to do your Facebook and Google Ads?

Hello everyone,

I'm looking for someone that can run some Facebook ads or Google ads for my SaaS product.

This is the first marketing professional that I'm hiring, I would love to know where and how you did it.

Did you use a specific job board where they all hang out?

Is it important to find someone with previous specific SaaS knowledge, or any generic ads expert will do?

Does your ads expert come up with the images, or you ask that to a designer?

Do you use an agency, a part-time contractor or someone full time?

I would love to hear from other founders, how do you handle ads in general, do you do it in house, outsource, and if so can you refer a trustworthy agency or professional.
