Ask IH: How do you create a waitlist for a future project?

If we use a Typeform, it is already expensive, about 21 euros per month, and NOT unlimited but only 100 fill-outs. Webflow is cheaper with 1000 form submissions. Besides, you can customize the entire page as much as possible and create your project further also on this Webflow plan.

What service do you use when creating a waitlist?

I write about this kind of stuff at Zero To Founder

Don't make the waitlist process super complex. Use forms like Tally.so that got generous free tiers. Or if you want some Form builder with more features, you can also look at AppSumo and see some thing that charges $49 one-time fee for Life Time access.

Oh, damn, Tally is totally free! Unlimited forms and unlimited submissions! This is what I'm looking for, thanks for the advice :)

Agreed with Tally forms, that's a great option. Also, using an Airtable form is free and really generous ( i think it's up to 50,000 records).

Also recently ran into Launch List (https://getlaunchlist.com/), which is specifically for waiting lists and has a gamified element. It's paid, but it's lifetime access pricing, not pay per month.

Uuu that's an interesting product! Thanks!
