Ask IH: How do you/did you study for university/college tests or exams?

I'm curious to find out your strategies for studying for university or college tests, specifically those that were multiple choice or true/false questions.

I am also concerned about this issue, thank you for your recommendations. I decided that I would try using a Quizlet. Honestly, I'm having a lot of trouble studying for my exams. I can spend a week repeating the material I studied and come to the exam with an empty head. So I really need a proven way to remember more information and spend less time on it. I hope that Quizlet will help me with this. By the way, I will soon have to pass the Cisco certification exams. And in order not to fail them, I found guys (https://cciedump.spoto.net) who help students quickly prepare for exams. If you know something about this, please share your thoughts.

When I prepare for exams, I write down the most important information on paper, so I remember it better.

I'm using Quizlet, I create quizzes based on the stuff we have in our classes and then learn them on my phone on the go whenever I have some free time which is quite often.

It's pretty cool, you can use them as basic flashcards (front: a keyword, back: the explanation) or Quizlet gives you a frontside and the correct backside but also three wrong ones (and the matching process is quite good) and you have to decide which one is the right one. There are a few more modes you can use, writing the keywords (mostly for languages) and so on.

The most effective way is to attend every class, do all the homework, and do all the homework again. If the professor releases material that is geared toward the exam, then go through that until you understand all of it. If it's a class that is exam-only, then just read through the PowerPoint slide and notes a couple times.

For most of the classes I had, it was simply going through the homework over and over again until the concepts clicked. This is how I passed all my classes relatively stress free. If you skip at all or don't do homework, expect to be up the creek.

Wish I knew about this site while I was in college though!
