Hey all,
I have a startup which specializes in radio studio communication (for radio stations and presenters). I'm wondering what would be the best way to pitch/market to larger stations?
I am thinking of doing some cold calls, emails, maybe some content marketing via social media targeting people who work in the industry, industry events. But im wondering if im heading in the right direction?
How do you market your product to a specific client base and what strategies do you use?
When it's niche, ads work pretty well because you know exactly who you target. Throw 100-200 and see what leads you get, maybe install a tool like CrazyEgg or similar to check out what people do on your landing page and/if/how they convert. Then refine and throw some more money at it. Put a limit on the experiment in terms of time and budget - if it doesn't work that way, then you should try doing what you suggested with cold calling.
Good luck!
